Description: Constable Monique wrote out a few speeding and parking tickets which were unjustified so the Chief called her into his office. He quickly noticed that she had big earings on so she was soon over his knee getting a sound spanking. He then informed her that she had to take the traffic exam again and her score was terrible. He sent her home and in 3 days she had to take the exam again and anything less then 95 % would earn her a sound tawsing.
