Description: PC Amy arrested a well known thief Liesje for shoplifting but her accomplice got away. Amy took Liesje straight to one of the Interrogation rooms and when she refused to tell Amy the name of her accomplice, Amy ordered her to strip naked and she tried to get the name out of her by thrashing her bare bottom with her riding crop.
